CFD which stands for Contract For Difference. Then adding the word “contract” at the end thus creating the term CFD Contract (Contract For Difference Contract) sounds like a RAS Syndrome to me.

Yeah! These RAS Syndromes makes you look st*upid when you accidently mentioned them in your conversation.
And the funny part is the name given to these phrases is also a RAS Syndrome (Redundant Acronym Syndrome syndrome)
