Create an EA that opens both buy and sell position?

Hey guys, I’m hoping someone here can create this simple EA?

Open Position Buy and Sell at the same time
TP : X Pips
SL : X Pips
Lot : X

Once a buy hits SL or TP, another buy position immediately opens, same for a sell…

Also no comments in the EA…

Ive been looking for a very long time for this simple EA strategy…Any help would be appreciated!!
