Hey. would like to know about cbm platform. does anyone trade news there? would like to test what’s better. mt5 with vps and Mobius with vps. probably there will be a difference?
it depends more on a broker, it’s trading conditions. and what’s point to use mobius trader?
Just curious xd. always looking for different options on how to trade news. that’s one of such situation

MT5 (Meta Trader 5) is the popular trading platform developed by Metaquotes Ltd. and offered by a lot of brokers.
Mobius or Mobius Trader 7 is a novel trading platform developed by Mobius Soft Ltd. and is offered by Crystal Ball Markets and a few other brokers. It is a multi-asset online trading platform that is similar to MT5 but with some peculiar features like the following:
-
Mobius Trader 7 offers advanced automation capabilities and deployment of artificial intelligence powered trading algorithms via Java(script). Metatrader 5 is limited to scripts and expert advisors codes written in MQL5 and is not compatible with any other programming language
-
Trade execution on Mobius Trader 7 is at lightning speed with zero slippage. Re-quotes and slippages are practically unavoidable on MT5
-
Mobius Trader 7 is available on all App stores, Electronic and mobile devices or Operating Systems for direct download and installation (Windows, Mac, Linux). On the other hand, users may require a compatibility layer or third-party application to run MT5 on Linux and or Mac OS, which may prove to be inconvenient to users
-
Mobius Trader 7 has an online Web trader version with full functionality as the desktop version. User experience on the web trader version of MT5 can feel inferior to its desktop version
-
Trading accounts can be held on Mobius Trader 7 with cryptocurrencies as account balance base currency. On the other hand, base currencies on MT5 are typically in Fiat currencies
-
Mobius Trader 7 has an in-built economic calendar that can be displayed on price charts at the click of a button. On the other hand, users may need to download and install this feature separately on MT5
The most common Fees/ charges are the following:

- Commission, which is a flat fee for each quantity of a symbol/instrument traded
- Swaps, which are the financing fees for holding trade positions overnight. However, swap-free/ Islamic accounts are available, in line with the religious or personal preferences of some traders
In most cases, processing fees for deposits and withdrawals are covered on behalf of the client.
Specifically, No Inactivity fees are charged to trader clients who decide to take a break from trading.
