Not sure if this is the right place to post this so sorry if not. I am looking for a custom indicator, one that will notify me (either via email or text) when a candle closes outside a BB. Does such an indicator exist and if not is there some way/somewhere to pay someone to create it for me (as I would be next to useless at creating one myself).

Saw your post, I happen to be starting out to learn making some EA, and made my first MQL programming awareness overnight on Bollingers Band Indicator, I added some simple codes on an existing Bolingers Band Indicator of bb.mq5 that creates a sound that plays a repeated 3 seconds wav file whenever the price gets out the upper and lower band. Itās my way of an audio alert actually if Iām far from my pc. Iām gonna try to add that email thingy and will let you know. BTW as you can see, its for MT5 only, cause my platform is MT5.

ā¦itās just some simple codes added and re-compiled on a already working Indicator, if one got some basic idea in programming.
Anyway, Iām gonna give a try on that email thingy and see if I can post the same here in babypips, and if youāre in MT5 and interested just let me know.
Doneā¦ I just finished coding itā¦ hope youāre in MT5ā¦ Bollinger sound alert and email notification capability ā only this one give an alert when it passes outsides the band. āMyBOLsAlertā search it on the internet to download the source code, compile it, and youāre ready to goā¦ have fun.
By the wayā¦ look for the version 2 ā¦ āMyBOLsAlertV2ā filesā¦ the first version is for sound only and very slow, i removed already the delay on version 2ā¦ the current files on the published one now has the version 2 files, make sure files has āV2ā on it coz this is where the email feature is attached.
