Hi All,
I recently opened an account with Alpari and downloaded their MT4 platform. I am now getting an “Account Disabled” message everytime i re-start the application. Getting a little frustrating - any idea how i can resolve this problem? At the moment, i right-click on the Navigator pane and select Open An Account and i can then resume where i was previosuly.
Would be good to resolve. Thx
Alpari demo account is not unlimited, so it is likely that it has expired.
I only opened the account earlier this week? Odd to expire within a week?
No, I think it is too soon … have you tried to contact support? :eek:
OANDA has an unlimited demo, and never pesters you about opening a real account. Rare combo.
