Did Alpari canceled all trades (win or loss) 5 min from GBP official bank rate?

They withdrawn my profitable trade with excuse that they found backlog of qoutation of instrument GBPUSD. And they say they canceled all trades 5 min after the news release.

I’v made a complaint and will share a reply before accusing them of scam.

But did somene traded GBPUSD with loss and they give back the money as they claim?
