The POTUS does not declare war. The US Congress declares it with “someone”.

The recent Maduro capture was jus a show, I think no one seriosuly beleive that it was s superb us mission to capture him…in plain words to describe what happened is this : US just gave Maduro transporation to the US.

Brooo​:sweat_smile:check the US operation in Somali in the 1990-s, even that state manged to take down so many choopers…i dont think that Country with 1bl air defense system was not able to take down even a signle helicopter…
