hi there i just stumpled upon a video with a nice system on you tube and it seems legit , do you recommend it ?
What we see is what to do. See the signal, trade.
The only way to judge whether that’s a good idea is to understand how the signals are generated and why they are valid.

I would suggest trying the system out on demo and seeing how it works for you first! 
Different systems work differently for different people and this might at least be worth a try.
