No serious broker would request approval fee before approving withdraw. What you described is the proven scam method from instagram, facebook and telegram scammers. This is their method. After paying the money, you won’t even get anything You should take that approval fee to a nice restaurant or bar and enjoy it OR you can send it to them to enjoy it for you
