Is your scalper an arbitrage EA?
No not an Arbitrage it consist of simple strategies made out of MA, RSI, MACD and Fractals for scalping on 1 min.
Pepperstone still has a high spread that too with high commission, i need something like 0.1-1 pip on majors with no commission or commission as low as 2-3$ a lot.
Will work perfectly for scalper.
Did you take a look at the Razor account?
Don’t forget that all brokers have slippage, so your trades should generate more than 2…3 pip for getting a profit at all, even with a broker with extremely low spread. This makes scalping normally unprofitable.

Spreads, commissions isn’t everything when it comes to choosing brokers. Data/tick quality will affect your EA as well. Something to keep in mind.

Yes exactly the tick quality is the main factor on which the performance of Scalpers depends usually i found good with brokers like Fxopen, Exness, Pepperstone on all ECN accounts.

Did you go live with this EA allready ?
Is FXopen ECN a reliable broker; I’ve been playing with their demo but I saw with manual demo trading that the opening price was almost immedately in profit at the opening of the order; which I don 't trust at all.
Let me explain more in detail.
I see price reaches for instance 1000 and I decice to open a sell order; immediately I see it opening (on MT4 ECN demo) a price at 1002 giving me allready at opening a profit of 2 pips which looks not realistic at all;
I’ve seen this several times; this can effect the EA’s performance enormously.
Did others experienced this too ?
Does the EA perform on real accounts ?

Yes sir i did go with live with EAR15 Scalper and the results have been posted on myfxbook also on youtube.
Though with ECN i have seen many broker including fxopen that there comes a bit pricing and charting / ticking different between two real account both on ECN type which is unfavorable for any scalper/ea.
Yes such kind of pricing behavior can affect a performance a lot even on two account under same broker started trading at same time.
EA does performs on real account but its totally dependent on ticks that broker bombards that in turns depends upon liquidity provider, more the broker have LP more is the ticks and enhance the performance of Scalper, though it depends largely on execution and slippages.
