Dear All:
I just log in Edgar Web-site and noticed that they change the bank details again. To be honest, as a normal human being i still hope Edgar is alright and i able to get back my capital. If Edgar/Andy is running away, they won spend time to change the bank details or they might just close the accounts since everybody incurred a loss then they no need to pay us back.

I also knew the notice just today.
Do not remit money to the account, let us see whether EDGAR could pay our withdrawal amounts in April 2011.
Do not be cheated again!!!
The RGL company is a cheat, too.
They should not trade on 11 Mar. 2011, they couldn’t lock our trade funtion!!!

That’s what you call success? Andy get drunk and make all their client who originally have large equity turn into negative. That’s how you describe success? The story is not end here. However, you are keep on ignoring the fact that customers have big lost now? Do you live in Sabah? How dare you just abuse the suffering of client?
Be constructive, Kinabalu. Advise client what to do next here? I want to see you post something constructive but not those dirty word and so called popular statement of wait and be quite. Be constructive, now, no more insulting. People log in Babypip don’t like learn dirty words from you and me.

Thanks for the details, I plotted it and I saw that it gone down about 290 pips then reverses slowly until it gained 233 pips. Lucky for you there is only 2 lots used which is only about 9% of your balance which held on to 290pips floating loss. I don’t think our balance can’t hold on to loss 290 pips with 60% margin used. I hope that it will reverse soon before it runs out.

This time, the equity is already negative as Edgar keeps charging fees.
Any idea how it can happen? Is Andy financing the negative equities?

Yeah, pls advise what steps need to be done. B4 11th March’s trading i hv about usd70k balance. Including few of my friends we have about USD350K in Edgar’s acct. Not the time to insult us being greedy, all human are greedy i guess.

If you would like to help why not work together with Kinabalu n Solai and see what can be done under the situation? Kinabalu n Solai are also trying to help.

I know that is so difficult to have everyone in same ground. However, Solai was just replied that nothing he can do but wait. Anyway, thanks for Solai confirm this. However, Kinabalu have no update on help matter yet. The basic principle is to resolve this matter may need solid co-operation with everyone from beginning to end. No one is allow to make any change during the resolution action. Client are not afford to have such change during the resolution action and it will bring unfavorable outcome to client. However, this is the only way for those to get their money back.

I can confirm that Edgar Office does not exist, the address is a service office only, the reception that picks up the phone relays the call to the relevant service office.

Proof 1 - try calling the office and you will find that there is no physical staff you can speak to ( the reception do not belong to Edgar)

Proof 2 - Go check online the address, you will find the address listed is a building that provide service office facilities

In fact, a couple of people who lives in NZ have commented they have not heard Edgar in the building. What essentially Edgar is doing is just buying an office space to satisfy NZ company registration. But the office is not manned or staffed at all.

Final proof, = give the Edgar phone number a call, ask to speak to a staff there and they will ask you to email CS @ edgar … no one actually talks to you

Also - I believe Andy is purposely trying to wipe out all the account and blame it on his drunken stupor. He is going to run or find other victims in other company. Personally i don’t believe that Andy did not know what he was doing. I will give you 2 reasons

1. The timing of the trade was too coincidental, i believe the Japan disaster happen on the same date as Andy’s trading date. Who can confirm if Andy traded before the Japan disaster or AFTER ?

2. All accounts that was previously suspended or closed accounts suddenly started trading. These accounts have stopped trading since they wanted it closed but no money came out… then after 2 -3 months no trade suddenly, they were hit by ANDY’s supposed stupid blunder.

It is clearly obvious that Andy is doing the UPL strategy, when things get too hot, destroy all accounts. Good luck. Maybe we can go to Andy’s house and salvage anything left.

Find Andy first…where is he now…I keep calling the in laws but they said he is in Singapore…we find him and let him do the talking…you can only get your deposit through him, he is holding the bank account. How comes you priorities yourself here and a few others. How about the rest. They are not stupid they want their money back too. Yes…I can confirm that he went to New Zealand with that group of Taiwanese…but when he came back we could not find his whereabout…what the in laws says in Singapore…trying to salvage the trading…I am not confused…you want your money back get it from him…you should be clear about this…

I am very clear i need to get back the money from him but not you. This post is against with your pattern as all along you seem like very close to him. You should know that everybody urge, beg Andy to come out few months back via this forum and this was no use at all. You should be very clear about this and why u still asking him to come out. Somebody even mentioned that Andy was absence during the last agents meeting.
Because of your post, i can sense that you lose confidence with him already. Maybe i am wrong.
