seem like you have some “insider information”, can you share as much as you can, most of the investors (i myself) are very upset. If we cannot get back our money, just mention it via proper channel so that we won keep guessing and this is really torturing.

I dont’ know whom to ask that’s why I am here. I am really under pressure as i lost more than USD10k. When I ask my agent he gave me the same words “be patient” and “don’t panic as Andy is trying hard to solve this problem”. He keep on replying these same mantra. Sometimes I ask myself why I invested in the first place but in fact i never encountered this kind of ‘scam’. So this is my first experience. In fact, I have withdrawed in early December 2010, but I did not get it till today. They kept on delaying the payment. So I am asking you all how do we get our money back at least the capital investment? Thanks in advance in any help or useful reply…
This seems to be real forex investment as you can monitor your investment online. I was tricked when my trusted friend showed me the real online itrader where you can see the fluctuation of forex market.
To be honest i don’t know much about forex but trusted one guy who happened to be an agent. He is also a church member as Andy then introduced to me and claimed he knew Andy well but now even he coudn’t contact Andy as well. This agent is also a weathy guy whom himself lost over about RM1M.
I agree with you Mr Sabahan…May be Andy and Jerry never force us to join Edgar but they have consistently fooled us to believe that Edgar is legal forex investment. If go to shop, a shop never force us to buy its product but the shop should responsible its product…otherwise consumers have the right to report to Tribunal of Consumer.

3 the trading records are good
4 i have known many serious crooks well who cheated millions of USD and got away. I am convinced that Andy is not like them
5 trade is not over even with negative equity. with good skills it is still possible to salvage
6 Andy once told me that people loose in forex when they run out of funds to float. so i hope he has enough bonds to sustain the floating once he unlocks

Info from insider revealed one of the issues discussed during last week’s meeting was manual form for withdrawal still persist but effectively immediately all agents are allowed to send investors’ withdrawal to Edgar directly in NZ. This was supposed to be a good news because the withdrawal queue will then come from first-come first-serve basis without bias.
Prior to this, all withdrawal forms will have to be sent to Jerry and Andy and processed by them before submitting to Edgar. That is the reason why if you are the “chosen” one then you are lucky. Therefore it’s highly all cronies of Andy, Jerry and the agents will be given preference before this. I still remember MasterAsia had mentioned about this and he was right anyway. ( now only i see this n understand why Allen Leow described as “chosen” one )
I don’t see many agents being so sad with the ongoing crisis with high probablity they have received big partial withdrawal before the crisis. Of course, they have some amount in the acct balance to get some sympathy that they are also on the losing side like others. We can see that some agents are still firmly supportive of Andy in this forum mainly because these agents have benefited from their activity and made profit before this ongoing disaster surfaced.
You must be kidding! salvage negative equity? That means if I now put in $1 in Edgar account, after salvage it would be $100,000. If I now put in $2, after it would be $200,000 etc. That is the kind of mathematics. If Andy is so good, how come it took a few months to turn $1 into $2 and suddenly now $1 can become $100,000 after a few days or weeks through salvage?
Do you think Andy make money for investors but not for himself? Andy’s own account also disappeared to negative equity! So, where do you think this extra money is coming from? One person save 30,000 people? Why would he want to do it? He is already in hiding now! No more office, not at home.
Maybe with the Eastern Rich office destroyed, all investors’ records already destroyed!

What you quote is absolutely right, locate Andy is one of my major part of plan, and I do have source. Andy hold all the investment fund, but not Edgar, that is absolutely right what you’re just quote here. Everybody need their money back, I am agree with you totally. But, I can’t help those who just want swing around in forum but no effort to put it in to get their money back. There is too much talking in forum, you may not actually make your contribution in thread. However, when you put in action, you have to co-operate together from beginning to end. I am not just helping Solai and Penampang10, furthermore, Solai chose to wait but not take action, I am helping those who are intend to follow the plan. I am not putting myself in priority, I am not try to do it secretive, however I can’t risk to reveal my plan in forum to let Andy prepare our action. In addition, you should know before that I am not an agent or client with Edgar, and I still willing help out client of Edgar, and of course I will get nothing on it.
