I symphatize with all the investors who has lost all their hard earned money in a few hours of forex tsunami.It is a nightmare and most cannot believe that their equity is wiped out that fast. It is because of a wrong trade and high leverage that this can happen.All indications point to the fact that this trade was done recklessly without any regard for the investors equity. As a responsible and experienced trader the number one rule is to cut loss or minimize loss when you enter into a wrong trade. Letting a trade float until it hits call margin is unbelievable and sucidal and now most investors will naturally think that there is a conspiracy to wipe out all the equity to escape from paying.Whether a trade was actually done or not or this is an illusion using a demo account or blocking the servers at Edgar so that the trade from the investors account never reaches the banks to place the buy orders. This way Edgar would maybe make a profit of USD$500 million in one trade. If investors have truly lost the money to the forex market in a fair way due to unforseen circumstances then maybe it is easier to accept the losses.Unless Andy can show proof that the trade did go to the banks and was taken up in the forex market then only he can say it is not scam.I cannot also understand why Andy refuse to liquidate the customers account as some customers had minus equity and some with a few thousand. Intrest is eating up the remaining equity and at the end of the day everyone will have minus equity. He says that he is going to New Zealand to negotiate with Edgar to let him trade again is hard to believe as almost everyone has no equity to trade unless there is top up to open the margin lock. Imagine the amount of top up needed to have the necessary to open the margin lock. Who would want to throw good money after bad as even if he can recover the money but there is the question of withdrawal. He suggest to open a new small account to let him trade the small account to have enough to save the old account is ridiculous as it is better to forget about the old account and trade with a new account. If clients were to do that why would they still want to open a new account with Edgar or their group. Is it not better to open in FXCM,MIG Bank or other reputable forex platform. He said he top up clients account with USD$500,000.00 is again hard to believe as this amount is only enough for 5,000 lots. A more likely figure is US$50 to US$100 million to have the necessary to open the locking position.So all these are just empty promises to fool the investors.Investors will need to come up with a very ingenious way to recover maybe part of their hard earned money from him.Over the years he has made a lot of money from forex through commissions,forex trades or the scam itself and I am sure he has the means to at least return some of the investors sweat money. Only thing is we have to think hard how this can be done.Contributors in this forum better start cracking their brains instead of attacking each other and be united to have a strong force to tackle this common problem.

Second, the bond always not cover full amount of total lost but a proportionate of total amount.

According to my source, basically Jerry calm everyone the withdrawal query still ongoing, however transfer from Eastern Rich directly to Edgar. In other way, Andy and Jerry wash their hand with this, and indirectly declared that they are officially gave up to help pursue withdrawal from their standpoint. Do you think you can get your money back from a virtual office of Edgar in New Zealand? Without any information that come directly from Andy how come I can trust him now. Could you convince me how to trust Andy at this stage? As I always mentioned Forex Trading should be consider a professional financial derivatives for business which try to minimize their currency risk due to international business relationship. However, individual still have a chance to grab the opportunity to make some earning as part-time or full-time individual trader if they make their good move according to hard-working self study on technical analysis. I always show my respect to Pipsconqueror, ActiveTrader, and MasterAsia as they always provide their positive point of view in this thread and help to educate forex new individual trader. I was graduated in Top5 postgraduate school of financial investment studies in UK back to 1999 and always hope that people will learn there is not that difficult to make some side income from financial market. Thatās why I am seriously angry about those guy who use ponzi or pyramid scheme to cheat individual hard earn money. That is truly affect individual with negative idea with Forex which original operate so professional and sophisticated.
Anyway, I am not God, and I canāt guarantee the result of the action plan. But at least, you guy give it a try and you guy wonāt feel regret to lose your money if that is the case. At least, you have do something for your own good compare to other just wait and be patience. My motive is clear, help, help and help. Nothing special, just a human nature.
