Just wanted to warn everybody of EXNESS, They are huge manipulator. They often slip my limits and orders and whenever i ask them their representative said this is due to market conditions etc.
Well i thought it is normal but today i had hedging like position in which profit limit and stop limit were at the same price and when price reached there my limits, exness ripped me off by executing my profit limits and exactly where they were and slipping stop limits so much that i had a loss of 18 percent of my account.
If this would not happened i would have been in profit. I contacted their helpline and they were repeatedly saying its is due to market and they cannot do anything. I am unable to understand why only my stop limits slipped, why not profit limits? When they were at the same price and the same time.
Anyone can help me what options i have now to get my refund or where should i complain about this manipulation?
yeah i think any place offering 1000 leverage might be a problem
