Quite much brokers that accept crypto don’t have regulations. So that’s your decision to trade here or not

The offshore ones whose customers have all the problems. 
Naturally, because those customers are betting against a broker that has chosen not to be properly regulated, and who holds their deposited funds, and who makes up both the rules and the prices.
There are always reasons for brokers choosing to do that - reasons that suit the broker well and give them no problems at all.
But the customers obviously not so much.

btw. fair forex - scammed? can’t find them
that’s was a big surprice. I’ve withdraw not so far ago funds.

my new transfer is pending (since 23March). but the latest aprroved one has been procceded for 4 or 5 days

Confirm. March request has been accepted. Few days ago I’ve requested another one and no problem so far - recieved same day 
that’s new one
same as by BrockDen - april request has been proceeded quite fast.
