I have expertise in JavaScript (including Node) and Python. I am interested in writing my own automated trading strategy. As a Mac user, what is the best platform for writing an automated system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it’s mql4/5 which ou can find in any metatrader. In meta trader it’s called meta editor.
