Maybe if things turn out great, then I can switch over to live.
Hahaha. But I’ll keep my own trading journal separate from this “experiment.”

Hi @ria_rose,
It’s always a pleasure to communicate with you. How is Philippine? I’m still wondering the taste of Longanisa, one of my Filipino’s friend teased me weeks ago. She ate in front of me, without sharing a bite
About trading with AI, I mostly use it for trading stock market. Stock market is more open with resources, available to everyone. Using AI will sum up everything for us. I’m prefering DeepSeek and Gemini for help. You can turn on Internet feature on deepseek for more research material.
For CFD, it’s still not reliable. I had tried few times, uploading chart to analyze market, but still it’s a 50:50 scenario. I have tried different phrase to increase AI accuracy, it’s still beyond my expectation.
The other way I use AI is to analyze economic data. It’s pretty well. They can give better answer.
Yesterday, I asked deepseek about the employment rate. I asked politely the forecasting.
Dearest my lovely Deepseek, as a prettiest market analyst in this world, can you give me advice about incoming US Unemployment Rate? I’m willing to share you my delicious pancake for your help.
Deepseek gave pretty long but good answer, but she nicely refused my pancake

Having seen (in rather too many posts, mostly contributed by assorted bots!!) what “ChatGPT” recommends as a “forum post” on the subject of trading, I’d be wanting to fade the entries, myself, not follow them!!

I am absolutely eager to see the results
I always see articles about trading AIs but I have never see that in action!
Lol, I used to know a couple of traders, “back in the day,” who actually did that - not with AI-generated entries, but using a system from an old book of forex-trading “systems” by someone called Kathy Lien who was quite photogenic and paid to be a kind of forex presenter by various channels/businesses.
The system looked just awful, even worse than the rest of the book, completely silly, no valid basis at all, just multi-indicator junk, you know?
They studiously faded every entry for about 6 months. With real money (tiny account). It was actually profitable, to fade. (Wouldn’t want to rely on it, though!

It would certainly be interesting to see a statistically significant set of results.
Others I’ve seen, so far, have all been loss-making.
The reason, I think, must be that AI is “trained” (as the AI people call it) on information already on the web?
With subjects like forex trading, in percentage terms loads of the information already on the web is actually wrong.
Some of it’s even deliberately wrong, as it’s propagated by various commercial interests.
Most of the rest’s inadvertently wrong just because it’s been copied and repeated - without malice, but just by people who are themselves uninformed and simply know no better.
Since that’s how AI has been trained, it would only be an optimist who’d expect its advice to be of much value?
