Expert Advisor should open several orders

Hi guys,

I am new here and I hope someone can help me with my first EA.
As I am from Germany I hope you can forgive me if my english is not so good… :15:

So here is my problem:

The EA should open one order if there is a signal.
and the second order when the signal comes the next time.
and a third order when the signal comes the third time.
The EA can have three positions open. the next order it should make only if one of the old ones are closed.

At the moment I have this with:
while (LongOrder<=0)

but if i only change the 0 into 2 or 3, the EA opens all orders exactly at the same time.
