I follow a couple of people that are in the Falcon Trading program, and it seems pretty legit. I believe they’re located in London,if that’s the same one you’re talking about

If you’re looking at the one based in NYC (falcontrade.live), looks suspect. The two addresses listed on the website are a shopping mall in NY and a non existent address in Kansas.
If that doesn’t bother you… onwards and upwards. 
But maybe we’re talking about two different things. More details.
