I don’t know where everyone gets their high opinions of FAPTurbo from. I tried it and I used the back testing feature. It consistently lost money for a back period of one month, one year, three years. I tried lots of different settings, but the results were always the same.
In addition, their extremely high pressure salespeople call you EVERY WEEK trying to sell you their $7K mentoring program. They won’t stop calling even after you yell at them telling them to discontinue.
Their forums are a farce. See what happens if you post anything negative, no matter how nice you put it. It won’t make it to the forum. It is not an honest representation of how the users feel.
I requested a refund 3 times. Still waiting! What a scam. Good luck, all!

how do you request refund? by email? I sent emails 3 times on 29 sept, 2 Oct and 5 Oct 2009 asking my money back and no reply so far. I’ll call them soon. the worst case. if they don’t respond, can we sue them?
So I don’t trust them now. Even their new released Rebellion system would be a scam highly highly highly possibly. now I know that you developed a EA the default setting should be the best for buyers to use because we don’t have another FX market. unfortunatly I found out after purchased Fabturbo. they do not mention it on website. These guys did not work enough. All they want is quick cash.
Now check another commercial EA called Forexhacked. their live a/c on website is quite impressive and there is a forum about it in babypips. after my bad experience with Fabturbo, I doubt if it is worth my trust.
I agree with paralotnik, file a dispute with your bank/credit card company. Or report them to the Better business Bureau.

Personally I would never use an EA, because I love trading!
Anyway, you might have to cut your losses and move on, sorry to say that but its true.
The only ea that I have seen that I would consider using is Fedora,(I think thats how you spell it!:o) looks good and I think I works off Fibs.

you have to go through clickbank, you can get your mony back garanteed within 60 days I belive.
you have to go through click bank though other wise your wasting your time and thats what the want you do do ( miss out on the refund date)
I got my refund through Clickbank. Speaking with FAPTurbo is a waste of time. They will NEVER give you a refund. I requested a refund through Clickbank. FAPTurbo changed it to an information request. I changed it back to a refund request and had my money back with 2 days. It is all automated and you just respond to the emails.
