I think someone who has studied, demo traded, and has developed a profitable strategy but is broke could trade for their neighbors or family members who have some money.
However…You Cant Be a Trader if… you dont actually trade.

If your favourite food coleslaw, or your an alcoholic
You can’t be a trader if you take it as gambling.
If you don’t have an internet connection (unless you want to phone your broker to take a trade)
if you’re on a roller coaster. Unless…
if your cat wants attention
if your dog still preparing spreadsheets for work
if you spend all night doubting your trades
if you’re getting chased by a duck
if you smell fresh baked cookies in the kitchen
if you rage quit
if you oversleep and miss the trading session
