Foreign company owners can open Forex Account?

Hi there, I live in Boston, MA, USA. …just wondering if anybody knows about opening a trading account based on a foreign company. I’ve heard that a person can open a trading account if he owns a company in foreign country. I do not qualify for ecp status. I also own an llc in usa. any idea how a person can open a forex account if he owns a company abroad ? thank you very much and have a great rest of the day. Ray

I don’t see why you couldn’t…?

you have to prove you don’t live in the U.S.A. most brokers don’t deal with u.s. citizens regarless. where was you planing to open a broker account, in europe they lower the leverage to 30:1 there are many offshore brokers that are pretty trustworthy with higher leverage

just because somebody ( a us citizen ) owns a company abroad does not qualify him to open a forex trading account. I think he has to be an ecp qualified to be eligible to open a forex account. what do you think ?
