Gbp/Usd Sell @ 1.6215 -30 pips
Usd/Chf Sell @ 0.9115 +30 pips
Eur/Usd Buy @ 1.3160 + 30 pips

That was my trading for today.

Kind regards,

Hello sir, i m studing ur thread from few weeks and its very owsum. im so excited i got 150 pips , hooooo hoooooooo , finaly its going to v happy friday …lol , thnks lot for ur effort, bless you

Congrats … From which all pairs u made 150 pips… Pls share with us friend…

I set my prices last night, friend, and I made 150 pips. 83 on the EURUSD (entry at both buy entry points, dont know prices offhand), ~25 in the Yen USD, and 45 in the USDCHF.

Woke up to 153 pips. Immediately closed for a 5% profit using 3000$. Thanks very much FMM, without you we’d be struggling at forex.

You make a good point. Surprised, since you mentioned that one book New Market Wizards or whatever the title is, the book you said was a must read with its trading wit, that you’d follow you thoughts rather than the trading principles. The hardest thing for trading is not using emotion. But once you master it you understand it fully.

For exampe, last night at 630pm Eastern I saw FMM’s numbers, and the EURUSD had already bounced off the first buy entry number (on the 2 hour candlestick) and the next candlestick bounced off of it as well. I contemplated putting in a limit but went ahead and bought market. FMM’s numbers don’t lie and while I don’t like tradin the Asian session, FMM’s numbers will always defeat my emotions keeping me away. I immediately went down 10 pips, but waited 2.5 hours and took a 20 pip profit.

Then overnight, the 2nd buy limit I entered was hit, and I made another 63 pips.

You said it right, brother: …“in order to stay metnally strong in this game!” It’s not easy, but don’t think about winning or losing. Don’t even watch the charts or your P/L. Walk away and come back after an hour or two, you’ll be surprised.

PipCompounder, he does add short term on all markets, but not explicitly. You have to do some digging.

For example, he posts:

Euro/Jpy This pair is trying to base on downtrend, retracement at 106.80/90, as swing sell with Tp1 106.25/30 Tp2 105.80/85 Tp3 105.25/30 Tp4 low at 104.90/95, while as breakout buy at 106.80/90with Tp1 107.80/85 Tp2 108.20/25 Tp3 108.80/85”

What you do is look at what I made bold…After Sell, you will buy at those prices for short term, and after buy you will sell at those prices short term. For example: FMM writes “sell at TP1 106.25/106.3”. You will BUYat 106.3 if the price reaches that number, and make 10-30 pips. and after the word “buy” you will actually sell at that price.

Hope that helps.

I’m on my baby android app so I can’t like this post atm, lol! Did you say earlier the odds of trading that way, approx 40 to 6 or 9.

Ahh, I wasn’t intending to call you out, just noticed a small idea. I’ve never traded the Asian market session. But last night the price had already bounced off FMM’s exact number. One could argue he already knew the number, but from experience his numbers don’t lie. I was hesitant myself, yet I figured I didn’t have much to lose, took the trade and made out.

Do you do trade as a full time career? Or on teh side, as a side job for some extra cash? I’m in the latter camp.

I have no idea what you mean. I’ve never mentioned the odds of anything, but I did say I had about 40 trades (as of this morning 4 more) and only lost minor pips on 3 trades and am up 750$ using almost all mini-lots, but sometimes I use two or three mini lots. That’s an average of ~20 pips a trade. I;ve had many trades I’ve made 5- 10 pips. Don’t aim for the sky every trade.

That’s just so damn awesome!

usd/jpy? what’s going on here? This monetary policy meeting result hawkish or dovish?

Well, just a reminder I setup twitter account for:
Medium Term and Short Term signals to follow.

Anyone here can programme MT4 languange for automatic trading (short term would be okay), or at least teach me how, I would be interested

What was your timeframe to run it up to $750 on 2-3 minis?
The last 8 days, and I’d say 80-90% of my trades were single minis. Like I said yesterday, I simply put in his numbers and go to bed and wake up and do a little bit of managing the trades throughout the morning. This week I put in all the currencies, all the JPY and CAD markets along with the top 4, and had 2 losers on JPY markets (dont remember which) and a loser on the GPBUSD or USDCAD (forget which). Sometimes I’d go home in the afternoon, check tradestation around 6 and see the market put me in some more trades from the original numbers.

I’m telling you guys, this is by far the easiest system I’ve ever used. Takes me 5 minutes, I sleep, and I wake up to profits. A little managing trhough teh morning to get the best profits (really, I just want to see how effective the system is), though today I woke up with real trades in and immediately closed at 153 pips, though from the charts I see I could ahve made well over 300 .

Anotehr HUGE point about these trades are that they are mostly coutner-trend trades. Today, however, the big 4 (at least) were TREND trades, the reason they were extremely profitable. I dont know exactly what FMM says about this in his rules, but I’d assume the 10-30 pips is for countertrend, as these are the majority, but that Trend trades should have higher pip targets. I don’t know what he says, though.

That’s what he wrote earlier this morning. I’m looking forward to his responses.

Should I just close USD/jpy at 80.48 ?? or carry it over? lol

A LOT of money at stake, like 30$!!! XD lol

:frowning:

I guess I take smaller gains. Really, after I reach a certain point, say 75 pips or 100 pips, or on a slow days 40 pips or so, and lock those profits in, I really don’t focus too hard on the remainin open orders. So I’ll let them open for a bit and then if nothing happens or I feel it could turn around I’ll close out. For those markets I’m in that are negative, Ill wait until they come around, as they almostalways tend to do.
