The way some pairs are moving, you’d think they’re shitcoins or a meme stock. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? More importantly, have you made money from these moves? I sure didn’t.

I’m a trend follower - both short and longer term, so the more volatility and the quicker things go then the more money I (hopefully) make. It’s like pressing fast forward.

No not brave. I don’t do forex just indices, but if the 5mins chart is ranging I drop down to the 1min chart and look for micro trends.

Same here. I don’t trade the 1 min chart but I occasionally use it for breakout info.
