I have enjoyed my time on this forumā¦but I am moving on to developing my own unique trading strategy. I will still keep posted on here and looking forward to see how megadroid improves. So far trading on my own, trading account this week is up about 2% (that is including open orders)ā¦I am aiming at going for 10% a week.

Iām still using 1.21 on GoMarkets, no trades this week but 1 or 2 last week so schools out for me. Iāll give it another week to see if it has stopped trading.
ya, looks like they cut 1.21 off as they told us before. 1.30 is trading now and let see how he will proceed. I see all this as most things in life having a 50/50 chance. So IĀ“m used to try most things to see which way it goes. Using small risk is essential for this. And with this you can either leave or try. Always the same. But as I said before I thinkthey donĀ“t mess up their EA, what for? And as for manual and for automated trading you never know the right hand side of the chart. Always bad to have bad trades but even the biggest proĀ“s never ever win. The thing they do is money management. And that they recover from bad trades. ThatĀ“s it. No magic, just hard work, sometimes luck too. Real lifeā¦
Personally, Iām disappointed 1.21 was cut offā¦and I wish theyād bring it back.
That being said, I have been using 1.30 live (though, slightly reluctantly and hesitantly) and it has been okay thus far.

MD 1.3 on FXDD demo +15 pips last night. MD 1.21 quiet
MD 1.21 was active last week on my live accounts and I had that one awful night rode it all the way through for +1. That was strategy #2 which is a higher pip goal, 15 I believe, which is why I shut off aggressive.
MD 1.21 is still live on my live accounts and is still authenticating.
If you look at the accounts posted on MD site much of this is not too unusual.
The thing that concerns me is that it looks like the market is trading against it.
The very reason for which I upgraded to 1.30 after its release.

After the August loss totaling to 10.90%, I upgraded to the newly released version 1.30 and so far profiting by 19.58% for September alone, with the total profit of 260.25% on my FXPro account: FxPro_MD System | Myfxbook
What risk are you running. I am plus 4% on MD 1.3 for sept but I have not had it running the whole time.
If you look at the charts since the start of August you will note that the market clearly moves against MD as soon as it trades and it last two hours then recovers. This seems different and I wonder if the new 4PM ET start was in reaction to this.
If there are perhaps 100+ lots moving with MD it certaihly seems possible.
The current risk level on my account is 0.3
Chances are the developers noticed this tendency and upgraded the bot accordingly.
100+ lots are nothing for the Forex market.

Iām still using an older version (donāt know which for sure). I got a strategy 1 and a strategy 2 trade today. The strategy 1 is already out with 9 pips. Strategy 2 is in a winning sell right now (donāt jinks it).
I donāt think MD can stop your software (maybe, what do I know?). I think it has just been slow lately. Trading is seldom consistent. And the idea that a bot can trade successfully at all is amazing. I will deal with itās slowness.
BTW, I too took those losses, but for only 20 pips. That is my stop loss permanently. I take more losses but with a smoother equity curve.

update: Strategy 2 just finished with a 14.6 winner!
BTW this is an older MDPro 1.01. Donāt know how that compares to 1.21.
Had a S1 T/P trade on 1.21 today so itās still alive.
Are you using Stealth or no Stealth mode? Any experiences using either?
MD 1.21 traded my Alpari demo for +9 pips last night. None of my other demos or live accounts traded on either version
100 lots may be nothing , but in the middle of August at Midnight in London it may be just enough to wake some traders.

Wow, my Alpari Live account v1.21 only made 1.4 pips (sell @ 1.30159) - But it does show that v1.21 is still alive, barely. Nothing on v1.30 since 9/14.
