Hey friend share your experiance in forex market or in stock market.
Whom you love more?
trading stocks in strong trends is far more less stressful than day-trading in FX where price can jump 50 pips in any direction anytime
but fx is trending princess especially on 15 - h1 time frames !
i prefer stocks, but i prefer forex.
stocks seem to have better-defined movements, things happen within a nicely-set 9:30-4:00 timeframe so quicker and less stress beyond it, and i found it easier to figure out what one stock/ETF would do based on what others are doing. easier to predict. plus, you can trade stocks from inside of a registered account (tax-sheltered, like RRSP or RothIRA/TFSA)
forex has access at wider times of day so you can do forex AND have another day/half-day job, forex costs (spreads / commissions / ECN fees / etc) are proportionate to the trade size so it’s easier to work with a smaller balance, it’s WAY more liquid, and the long-term earning potential is better.
At the time a I started trading I did’t have the capital to trade Stocks. Forex was cheaper and more accessible, so I went for it.
I like trading stock but only long term ( from Weekly/ daily chats).
Market is market until there is lot of participants and is liquid enough
so stock / fx / commodities should sometimes be trending mode ( no more than 30% of time) and when You find that trend - go for it !
i think that the both are popular, but the Forex market is more popular than the stock market from my view, because its allows you to trade with a small amounts and through easy methods to fund or withdraw …
mostly, forex is a 24 hour market and more volatile that stock market.
What I like about forex is that it is easier to trade with leverage. My stock broker doesn’t allow me to trade with 50:1 leverage. The amount of leverage you use is your choice, but I like having the option
I love to trade forex trading over stocks. Our country’s stock exchange full of manipulators and needs higher investment to get a good return. Most of the stocks are overvalued and no short selling option available. But of course the risk is low compared to forex.
I think Forex is the best because it is a 24 hour market and you can start with a very small amount. Also, the forex market is more volatile. I think anyone can succeed in forex business.
Of course FOREX Trading. :7:
I’ve dabbled in stocks before but back then I had no idea what I was doing. Anyway, It’d be nice to hear from someone who prefers stocks over forex though, I’d like to know why they choose stocks over forex.
The majority of my funds are in stocks, I’m a firm believer in building a portfolio out of all the asset classes in order to diversify. stock can offer lower volatility and regular income payments through company dividends it is also easier (in my opinion) to quantify fundamental information on stocks. In essence I use stocks to provide steady growth and income and use forex to speculate in the hope of earning abnormal (high) returns.
I’d like to think that I do not actually prefer one over the other however it is always a good feeling pulling off a great fx trade that earns you a silly amount of money in relation to your account within a few hours / days
There is a fundamental difference between the way stocks are trading and Forex, both in the terms of the market liquidity and the risks associated in trading them.
Stocks will normally offer a reasonable income loss over a long period of time and always you will get an opportunity to diversify your stock portfolio in order to minimize the risks.
When i say risks, it means a lot for those who have hard earned money and cannot afford to loose over gains. In such case they are not suited to the retail Forex markets as it is a high risk business opportunity.
For those who can take risks and have the ability to make up losses are the ones who will trade and also earn high income thru Forex trading :35:
I trade mostly futures, but i hold position trades in stocks for diversification.

Because
Stock market is more volatile and there are many regulated brokers for stock trading so traders money are always in safe places
I trade both and I do not have a favorite. I trade for a living, not to limit my horizon to favorites. When I have trades that fit my strategy I execute them. That’s it in a nutshell.
Forex all the way!
Forex is KING
I’ll always choose Forex over stock. Forex is fun actually.
You do have to enjoy what you are doing otherwise it is a waste of time.
