Forex Profit Accelerator

Hi, I have just purchase a new forex trading course from Bill Poulos 's Forex Profit Accelerator Forex Trading Course. It is the second expensive forex trading course after Raghee Horner Traders Package

Why?

As for Raghee Horner…I got her book from the library, nothing special. 2,500$ for her course? or like 5,100$ for her full course?..The expensive one comes with “personal attention” from her…Now I live in Vegas and I could get " personal attention" much cheaper than that  , I do have to admit when she speaks about the bare market, I go in to an uptrend…Shes pretty hot…

I really hope you get your moneys worth.

LasVegasForex:

damn, Ur right, she’s hot

whew

after going throught the school of pips on this wedsite why would anyone pay for any kind of course, its right here in black and white.

las vegas, you are a naughty little boy! lol.

I agree with the other posters. I hope you get your moneys worth but from what I have seen most courses are a rehash of material available here and elsewhere on the net with their own favourite entry techniques thrown in (yet there are at least half a dozen or maybe more proven techniques here on bpip). Dont keep buying courses so make this your last one. If you do get the chance of some sort of live mentorship that can be useful as in any profession you are learning

Couldn’t agree more, as for Raghee Horner I purchased both her books early on and have to say she would be the most inarticulate, confused, grammatically challenged purveyor of BS I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. She has the audacity to claim she is a great teacher, great imagination maybe but teacher spare me! I have to concede she is a bit of a looker though. One last thing, Ms Horner’s second to last chapter in her book is titled “Conversation with Raghee Horner by Linus K. Ahnis” and in keeping with the rest of the book it is self patronizing crap. I ask you this, what sort of name is Linus K. Ahnis, play around with this name and I come up with “lick a–e” am I just twisted or is she taking the piss!

I have Forex Profit Accelerator too. Yes, BabyPips is great, but the information/training here is somewhat limited. In addition, they don’t give you any details on HOW to trade forex, just how it is done and some basic education.

FPA by Bill Poulos is expensive, but over the past 8 months I’ve been using it, I have gotten between 20% - 75% return each month. The course does give a great deal of education about forex, but it is primarily teaching 4 different trading methods with specific entry, exit, and money management rules.

Yes, some of it may be luck, as with anything, but the bottom line is that it WORKS for me. I spend 20-30 minutes a night looking at setups and placing trades, managing trades, etc, and while I lose some trades, overall it has been extremely profitable for me.

There is even a site that shows how you can get a copy of the program for free directly from Bill Poulos. Or at least, they claim it can increase your odds of getting it free in his contest. I wish I had known about this before I got mine.

Last but not least, more education is better than less. Why not learn more?

“BabyPips is great but…”, the last poster said. And yet you only joined the board this month, and this is your first and only post? Hmm… I’m suspicious if of not only that post but Bill Poulos, because do a search for him/his course and scam and you won’t find scam claims, but rather he and his minions with associated sites touting it, saying “is it a scam? Why No it isn’t”. He’s working the web all-too-well, and linking up with other web trading companies. Nothing wrong with the last part, but having all these other sites talking up your product…

That’s true. I only just joined the forum and it was my first post. Notice I didn’t try and sell the product. I didn’t post a website where you can “check it out” or “buy it”. And I can’t help but notice that your first and only post is to knock a new member.

I’ve been visiting babypips for over a year now. I never posted in the forum (or registered for that matter) because I was just learning and didn’t think I had anything to offer as far as discussion goes.

I HAVE, however, been using this course, and it has been a great experience for me. It does include “live mentorship” as one poster suggested, in the form of live webinars, email support and videos. I replied to this post because I wanted to share my experience. Just because he and “his followers” are marketing it well doesn’t make my post or my experience with the course any less valuable.

Frankly, I don’t care if anybody buys his course or any others (Yes, I have gotten several over the past year, in order to educate myself further). I was simply offering my opinion on the subject.

Why educate yourself when you get free info here? Why bother getting a college education when the info is on the web? Different viewpoints, different methods, different education. And the more I learn from multiple sources, the better trader I become.

My apologies for not having anything useful to say before now.

My apologies if I was wrong in my assessment. But, though you didn’t try to sell it, you did make a good case for, including pointing out that site about winning a free one. Now, maybe that’s just an opportunist who created that site, but I also suspected that was Bill doing another clever marketing gimmick. Good marketing is not a crime, but I don’t like when they purport to be some independent site and aren’t.
Again, I’m sorry if I was wrong, but it was suspicious to me. FWIW, I found most of his info for free, and you only spend 20 minutes a night on it?! Those setups look like it would take me a whole day to sift through them (bit of an exaggeration). Glad it’s working for you, and good trading.

Actually, after a couple of weeks working with it, yes, it does only take me 20-30 minutes. I use a broker that has metatrader (I’m sure others are probably similar), where I entered the indicators like I’m told to, and based on the indicators and the methods in the course, it is pretty easy to spot the potential trades.

Granted, I only trade the majors, so I only look through 6 pairs a night. And this isn’t the only method I use. It doesn’t always have good potential setups. But yeah, I’m a believer in this method, as well as getting more education so I know more.

I also tried to find as much info as I could, but I couldn’t find anything on the specifics of the methods, which is why I bought it. I figure with a money back guarentee, I could try it and see if I liked it. Been using it ever since. Maybe it isn’t for everybody, but I like it.

I have no doubt that any site promoting his products (like any site with any product), is somehow tied into it. But everybody markets and advertises. How else does stuff get sold? Lol.

Good trading to you too!

Hi Markalon,

How do you for FPA instant pips strategy ? were you able to find another setup for the past two months with the 1% and 0.5% parameter for the moving average envelopes ?

Hi,

Forgive my ignorance but i dun understand wot does HH5 in the instant pips method means… Anyone cares to explain? Thanks.

ZY

Hi…

HH5 means: Highest High of the last 5…

The idea is the following: look at the chart and find the actual candle (or bar) and go back 4 candles (the actual candle counts). Within these 5 candles, take a look at what candle has the highest price. This value will be your HH5

I bought FPA earlier…The instant pips strategy works very well and very simple to execute…

So anyone into the 1-1 coaching package this time round when FPA opens?

Can anyone post a link to Raghee Horner’s pic so we know what the fuss is all about ?
Good looking and good at Forex ? Lethal combo.

Do you now new setting of FPA? like fore periodically of indicators?

lol, FPA sounds like that review site.

ok, so what is the risk reward?
