Hi, could someone please confirm what the the current GMT (I live in the UK) times for the Frankfurt Open and London Open is ? Im getting confused with this daylight saving time etc.
Is this correct for current times:
Frankfurt open = 7am GMT
London open = 8am GMT

LOL… I get confused myself! Clint has the definitive list of all seesions all year with factored in daylight saving. If he see’s your post you might get lucky and he’ll post it up? London GMT is 0800… frankfurt? Are they on daylight saving? Anyways… best bet be up for 06:00 GMT… you’ll catch the moves from both and still time to grab a coffee and settle in! LOL!!!

Here are the open and close times for all 7 trading sessions in your time zone. These times are valid until next March, when the world will begin the Daylight Saving Time craziness all over again.
Note that the “Zurich Session”, as I refer to it, is the same session that you refer to as “Frankfurt”. It encompasses all of central Europe.

I get confused sometimes too, especially when traveling. If you use the Oanda Forex Market Hours page, that makes it easy to see which session you are currently in.
