If you trade 0.001 lots, your SL will be $0.30 - $0.40.
If you trade 0.0005 lots, your SL will be $0.15 - $0.20.
Yes, you can trade those position-sizes with some brokers. (Try Oanda? They have infinite granularity micro-accounts, and you can do trades as small as $0.01).
