Some of the behaviour seen here is exactly what I have been condemning on my female traders thread: it is not about someone not ‘taking a joke’ but being clearly demeaned and harassed for no reason.
For FXCM’s sake, I hope that the people responsible will not be moved on to another department but actually thrown out altogether.

It is FXCM’s internal issue and as a trader, I am not sure how I will be affected. I have used it in my past and faced no issues with it. I am sure that other traders who have used it will have the same feedback.
I am not sure how traders will be affected because of this. It is their internal issue and will be resolved accordingly.
