This is the first post in BP . BUT speaking the words of truth , the Matrix indicator that Desmond made was in my interest long time ago and finally i got it and i started testing it on Friday for few hours and speaking frankly i was impressed in the results

I have fixed most of the small little bugs and hope to have a working version up for testing with selected people in about 2-3 days Just spent the weekend improving the code so it works much faster and smoother (after feedback that it was very resource intensive) and am almost done with a simple installer that people can use to put all the files in the right places

Itās fantastic that you got such results with the Matrix. Take care not to risk too much in a trade and get familiar with how the system works before trying out any other strategies! Practice much much more before you even put this on a live account, sometimes the market seems good for the day but we shouldnāt let it deceive us/lure us in and tempt us with greed yeah!
Anyway, Iām working on a simple trade journal system for users to track their trade performances and pick their best pairs they have the most āaffinityā with and the best strategies that suit them. This is because whilst the strategies are sound and good, certain pairs tend to behave better with certain traders (eg. for me, I prefer EURUSD and USDJPY over GBPUSD and EURJPY because they tend to behave much more in-sync with me). Hence, a trade journal would be important to monitor your progress in this aspect
Also, trading psychology is crucially important too. Thatās why I recommend everyone to read āTrading in the zoneā by Mark Douglas. Really good book and once youāre done with it, youāll realize just how the Galaxy Trades Matrix and Manager falls right in place with helping you make a healthy living out of trading forex in a disciplined predictable style, as it gives you the āedgeā that when repeated enough times in a consistent predictable manner (like how a casino does with their roulette table with their "0"s), youāll emerge profitable simply because you have a sustainable āedgeā over the market

I was lucky enough to be chosen by Desmond as one of his first Beta testers. I received the files last Wednesday. The matrix is just great! Desmond has made improvements and it is even faster now. I have been testing the trade manager and it seems to work like a charm. I like this as it helps take the emotion out of your trading. If you see a set-up that looks good, you take it and the Trade Manager handles everything from there. Either scaling out your profits, or preventing your losses beyond the predetermined SL.
As Desmond recommends, please reading Trading in the Zone. I read it upon his recommendation and it is truly a great book that will have a positive impact on your trading You will see that the Galaxy Matrix will give you the "Edge" you need to be successful in trading.

Wow. I have finally had the time to use the indicator and its freaking awesome. Very accurate and not stressful because of the trade manager. Way to go Desmond!
One thing though that would be great would be to add a trailing step to the trade manager so instead of the sl following pip by pip. It only repositions itself after price has went up x amount of pips. So if I have a step of 5 pips once Iām 5 pips in profit my sl will be break even then once i hit 10 pips profit my stop loss will be +5. But if Im 13 pips profit my stop loss is still +5 until I reach 15 then my stop loss will be +10.
Itās been proven to be the most effective stop loss.
I was asked by Desmond to post my layout and Profits, I used the Galaxy Trades Manager EA to trade and it adjusts S/L accordingly. The only trade I closed manually was the XAG/USD as I was unsure about the TP of the EA and wanted to get the profits in.

Thanks for your interest! Iām slowly increasing the number of people in the live trading room, importantly, everyone has to have the same strategy and indicator so that there can be cohesion and accountability.
I have a live chat room with ranks for each user currently in place (although I just messed it up and itās under going some repairing now). Iāll be using a live streaming system if necessary to show my own platform so I can conduct lessons and guide people during trading sessions.
Itās great that you see beyond just the indicator and how working as a team can really help people trade better. Iāll keep you in the loop when a beta spot is available!
