I exclusively trade the GBP/JPY. I’m mostly a technical trader, but fundamentals usually trump technicals so only a fool would ignore major news events. For those, I rely on the UK and Japan sections of the Daily Economic Roundup, right here on Babypips:

Any or all of these events can effect the guppy, and Pip Diddy does a great job of analysing them and letting us know how and why they might effect the market.
I also pay attention to the US news because it can effect all currency pairs due to the importance of the USD.
