Getting interbank feeds in MT4. I know it can be done, but not how

I read this post by tonymand. However, since I don’t have 50 posts i can’t PM him and ask.

The long term trends are very choppy at the moment but the 1hr is crossed to the upside according to me ([U]MT4, Interbank feed[/U]) therefore we are looking for long trades only according to the system

I’ve heard before that the only way was to sign up to an ECN broker, but this way is better, since we can use our custom indicators and such.
