Ive a real account with yourself and was stopped out on US oil ticket number is xxxxxx. If you look at the candle, the high is 108.75 and your spread is 5 pips. Why was i stopped out at 108.83? Other people in my group on FXCM with the same stop didnt get stopped out. Why was i stopped out 8 pips away when the spread is 5?
