Your SL is much closer than your TP level is. You’ll be stopped out almost every time like this.

Many people in this forum seem to like trading with an R of 2.7. 
(I don’t mind that - it’s their problem that they can’t ever trade profitably, but it’s a shame when they advise others - especially beginners - to do the same!! 
)
At 2.7R, it won’t be uncommon for losing streaks to be around 9 in a row. Really hard to have the deck stacked so much against a trader.
