Can anyone recommend a good broekr. or tell me who to stay away from? I dont want to hear about how someone is a crook. I have a pretty good understanding of how things work and if you lost your money and want to blame your broker, I will see through it and you will just be perpetuating your pain.

I am looking to CMS Forex as my next broker. I have heard nothing negative about them at all and I have also heard the their banking transactions, (withdrawals), usually clear within 24 hours. Further, the charting platform they use… VT TRADER… is really versatile with a great many indicators and oscillators to choose from and work through.
They do not offer a micro account, infact I believe their minimum deposit is $250, but, as I have said on other threads, I recommend starting higher as the amount of leverage at a minimum deposit is fragile at best.
