Good Bye xm.com

Hello,

I have been trading with xm.com for the past year.
all of a sudden i get an email saying xm can no longer offer services to clients in Canada.

can you please give some recommendations for brokers.

Thanks.

Traders in Canada are facing the same repressive tactics from your financial regulators that we are facing from our regulators, here in the U.S. In fact, in some respects, your situation is even worse than ours. And it isn’t going to get better in the future.

Your best option is to trade offshore, and to maintain more than one funded offshore account, just in case one of your offshore brokers boots you, the way XM did.

For the past 6½ years, in the face of increasing repression from the U.S. regulator, we have been investigating offshore brokers who will deal with U.S. residents. And we have generated quite a huge thread on that subject, and a LIST. You might want to check out our List.

In many cases (although not all cases), the offshore brokers who accept U.S. clients also accept Canadian clients. So, our List might offer you some high-quality, Canadian-friendly brokers to consider.

We have vetted the brokers on our List, and have archived the specific comments made about them by participants on our thread (see post #7 of our thread). And we have singled out two of the 13 brokers currently on our List for special recognition as TRUSTED BROKERS .

Have a look.

And welcome to this forum.

Thanks Clint, really appreciate the Help.
