Cheers!

Good morning all,

It looks like we’ve entered the period of expanding range I mentioned yesterday; be careful trading today as volatility will likely dominate the pairs (namely the EUR/USD).

The conditions lined up for the 7am EUR/USD short trade this morning. Here is the setup:

Entry Price: 1.2800
Exit: at the open of the 11am CST bar
S/L: 1.2860
TP: 1.2780

As of now, we are unclear as to whether the EUR/USD will pierce the high created on 1/6. If it does move past this high, beware as we will probably see a move higher. Thus, based on the current price action, I recommend taking this trade with a lesser lot size.

Good luck!

TQ for the advice!

No problem positiva,

Glad I could help

Good morning friends,

The conditions lined up for the 7am EUR/USD short trade this morning. Here is the setup:

Entry Price: 1.2718
Exit: at the open of the 11am CST bar
S/L: 1.2778

Obviously, we are coming off of a fairly large bear-move in the last several hours, but there may be steam still left in the movement. These are favorable conditions for this trade (despite the volatility), as the bulls may retreat after reaching a very tepid point of resistance. However, I still recommend taking this trade with a lesser lot size this morning based on volatility.

Good luck!

Why is it that most of your trades are 10 pips profit versus 30 pips loss

Good morning Bintcrusher,

Thank you for the post

I have actually answered this question quite a few times throughout the life of this thread. You can see one of the answers I posted awhile ago here:

Hopefully this helps!

It does, this strategy = (not going to get banned for displaying the truth).

I’m glad I could help, and actually, I just noticed a bit of a typo in the post. The last sentence should read:

“All of the systems have a 65% win rate or higher over the several years and very rarely reach S/L historically.”

The 12:30pm GBP/USD long trade did not reach TP or S/L, and the conditions did not line up for the 3pm GBP/USD long trade. Next trade: the AU open EUR/USD short trade.
