You know, If you wanna be a successful trader you need to be a successful person. And being a successful person needs to act like one. You need to sleep successfully, breathe successfully, drink successfully, and eat successfully. First of all, you need your mind to believe you gonna do this. Trust me!

Good advice! I agree too that success in trading, as in any other area of life, requires a holistic approach to our well-being. It’s important to take care of our physical and mental health, and to cultivate a mindset of confidence and belief in our abilities.

Do you think that personal success in non-trading areas, such as sleep and nutrition, is always necessary for achieving success in trading?

there are a few habits that have worked well for me One of the most important things I do is to stay informed about the latest market news and trends. I’m always reading articles and listening to podcasts I also make sure to take breaks when I need them and not get too caught up in the ups and downs of the market.

I would say it is mainly about emotional intelligence and how one can handle his/her extreme emotions that would totally obliterate one’s trading account.

there are several important habits, it is hard to pick one for example, having discipline is essential for following a trading plan, while patience helps to wait for the right opportunity to arise. Risk management helps to protect a trader’s capital, while emotional control enables traders to make rational decisions during periods of market volatility.

Well, Both are important. Having a good trading strategy is essential; no doubt. But having and stable mental health and a good control over your emotions is important as well. I’ve seen people you get angry because they lose some positions and then they started over-trading or revenge trading and you can guess what happened next? they lose even more. that’s why I think both are important.
