how to determine XA in harmonic pattern???

I haven’t got a clue what XA is or harmonic pattern. Can you elaborate please?
I’m guessing he means this pattern?
Which is interesting because I’ve only ever heard of ABCD.

But if it is harmonics, should it not be playing a tune?
You can only hear it when you’re on Delta8 and trading.
