I am new to the forum, but have been reading this thread for a couple of days. This looks pretty good and thinking about joining in a week or so if they get back on track.
Does anyone use Tallinex broker for Scion Forex, and have they been pretty good?
I was wondering if anyone has ever use Tallinex Pamm Managed Accounts, as a couple of them seem to be getting a pretty return?

Welcome hsmith341ā¦ I opened an account with Tallinex at the beginning of August and I have no complaints so far. Iām also planning to open an account with IC Markets as well. These two Scion Forex recommended brokers appear to be true ECN brokers, which is why SF recommend them to their clients. I have no experience with Tallinex PAMM accounts though.

If you will use SF ea i really recommend to register eather tallinex or ic markets trough sf affiliate link. This EA not worth paying 90/month. I have been member for month and my equity is -25 with SF now. Also there are only few trades/per week. And usually they are only few pips. This is my opinion.

Any trades since the open on Sunday? Seems I had server connection issues over night (west coast Canada)
How can a robot get only few trades in a week ?
The only thing automated at scion forex is the website. (you know, create 100 websites, all looking the same)

Thanks, for all the quick replies, and the info you gave me. I will continue to monitor Scion Forex for a week or so and if they do as well as they did in Aug. and Sept. then I will join.
Thanks for the input on Tallinex, as I am from the US, and would have to join that Broker to get Scion free. I have read a lot of good reviews on Tallinex, but havenāt found out too much about their Pamm Managed Programs. I was thinking about dropping $500 into an account for Scion and possible $500 into a managed account, but will wait to see on that.
I just retired, and was looking for something that I could trust to put my money in. I would probably let these accounts build up for about 6 months and then draw a certain amount out each month.

Anyone get the e-mail about their major upgrades? Seems like they took our āsome traders not getting tradesā issue very seriously. I contacted shane from the support team asking what that was about and he said that the Scion Forex Autotrader interface is going to get not only better but extremely stable. Canāt wait for this release.
None here. I wasnāt aware the interface wasnāt stable, we know their server wasnāt, hence the upgrades.

It smells like a sales gimmick, to get us to stay on as long as possible.
Butā¦an additional free month of service will let me (us) put them to the test. They havenāt made me any money but they also havenāt lost me any money yet, so Iāll probably give them this shot.
Still, though, feeling kind of led along. Nervously, Iāll continue.
Nothing from SF in spam folder. If you go to SF website>News, you will see the announcement jakeroberts talked about. I joined and autotraded with SF on 10/6 and to this day, I have a total of 3 trades from them, far from August and September. Maybe a slow month or no trade opportunities, but market did move quite a bit this month.
They clearly mention that there will be some days when no trades will be taken. If there are no opportunities, there will be no trades. Most traders have to realize that the best entries donāt come as often and any trader who chases the market will always lose. Being on the plus side without using any kind of martingale or lot increasing method in the long term is not easy. Scion seems to be the only one that actually does the job. Given a few setback trades which is expected, I am still very much in the winning zone since I started their service. Iād rather there be no trades than losing ones.
I started 8th october, and scion has lost +30 for me. I havent got any trades this week and my last trades was 24th october. I really hope they could profit for me but for now im in negative, and only got few trades. Theres more no tradable days than tradable ones.
Its seems evident that they are manually trading which is safe. I am certain if no trades are being taken its for the safety of our account which I am cool with. I have no problem with waiting as long as they do their thing to make it a well analyzed entry. Would be nice if we get a few more trades per week like usual. Need that Christmas money! lol :53:
