Poly stock rallied 50% after the Computer maker HP (NYSE: HPQ) agrees to buy the headset manufacturer Plantronics (NYSE: POLY), for a purchase price of $1.7 billion, with a total transaction value of $3.3 billion. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2022, subject to Poly shareholder and regulatory approvals.
