I noticed you are a software engineer , would be interested on your views on indicators , how far do you trust them , there are thousands of them and they cant all be right .Guys have to be writing them some where , and for some reason ? Andy

You are right. There is no sure win indicators and indicators exist to give us a little more edge in our trading. Trading to me is a game of probability and many of us use indicators hopefully to increase our odds. I will be sharing some of the tools I develop over the past few months for my own personal use soon. 
Thanks! Currently I am taking a career break. Hope to develop some useful stuff during this period to aid my trading.
