Hello gentlemen: i'm doing forex and price action

So, i’m new to trading. I started one month ago, as i found a course on forex (udemy course).

i’m from France. And i’d love to make trading my main source of income.

That’s why i’m in learning mode currently. Learning ICT’s stuff.

What is the best course on price action? Let me know if you have any suggestion.

Hi and welcome. I am not an admin. You are both quite new, so suggest you hold off on the spamming unless it continues - give members benefit of doubt please. :slightly_smiling_face:

ICT is the best what you can get, in my experience. I have students of my own and a prop firm certificate as proof of my abilities. However you do not need to have me as a mentor to become successful. My students are my students to save the ‘‘headache experience’’, time and it helps them psychologically as well. If you want some free stuff, I can link you to it. If you are looking for a mentor, I can be of help as well. Just let me know, what it is that you are looking for,

Having a mentor is helpful.

However, I feel like there is a special pride in figuring out something for yourself. You feel good because you did it on your own.

But doing it that way will cost you.

Some help is ok, but someone holding your hand is coddling, I think.

Am I wrong?

There is some truth in what you are saying yes, I agree. I think the term ‘‘mentor’’ is also overused nowadays. A mentor should turn his student into an independent trader and not make it a habit to hold the student’s hand.

In my opinion ( and how I tackle it ) the way a mentor should teach his or her student is by giving the knowledge, show how to practice this knowledge and how to trade it live in the markets. The mentor has to correctly transfer the findings of his or her own experience. The student should be prepared to put in the work to study what he or she has been taught. The goal of a mentorship in my opinion is to create independent profitable traders. The input comes from both sides.

Having a mentor can actually save you from losing money, unless you are being scammed…then it is a total different story.

Well, mentoring would be of a great help sure. Thanks for that.

Right now as i said i’m in learning mode, so i will probably have questions about different concepts, like accumulation, distribution, as explained by ICT.

Now i don’t know how you work. I mean is it a paid mentorship? How much and for what?

I was thinking people here on the forum with great experience would help and answer questions you know.

A mentorship will cost you as I spend lots of time with my students. Giving classes, checking homework, answering questions outside of classes, preparing together, etc. I make a whole plan for how to start with you and how to make you independent. I also spend a lot of time for my notes during my own study, which I also hand out. 100+ pages with screenshots and notes.
If this is what you want, you can PM me and we can discuss this in more detail.

If you just want some specific info, I can link you a good video about that subject. In whatever way I can help, I can try. If there is a question I can answer, that is fine as well. Recognizing AMD is a good start by the way
