I am from Malaysia, recently I register an account in Copyop, I already deposit my account and uploaded documents required before one week, but until now the documents never being approve and I unable to contact their customer service, never get a reply from them.
What should I do? Or any else methods that able to let me reach their customer support?

You can try to contact the regulatory authorities. At least you can write them letters or call their office, but unfortunately, there is no guarantee at all.
