Hi,
I have recently open an account with octafx.com . Its been 14 days.
At first i was making decent profits this was about for 3-4 days and then my mt4 started get stuck , feeds started pausing and this delay caused losses as i am a scalper. But then again i am not whining about that.
When i contacted customer care they asked for my logs and i have sent it to them. Well i havent heard for them .
I have a perfectly stable internet connection and my laptop is brand new. I noticed the freezing of mt4 in the two weeks i was with them happen only during wednesday to friday !
Is anyone facing this issue in octafx.com .?
Apparently i had read similar and ssues of octafx mt4 having this issue on fpa and fxempire. So what you people advise should i move over to any other broker ?
