Hi all,

I’m Daniel and I’m from Portugal. I’ve been studying about forex and trading with a demo account for about 4 months.

I found about this website and I used it a lot to get the basics about forex, great content and simple to understand. I follow the forum for some time too and I search it to find some answers to my questions. Congratulations for site+forum.

I’m starting soon trading with real money and try to make some pips.

I started with a demo account on eToro but I didn’t like it and moved to other brokers. Now, I opened a real account on Oanda (waiting for confirmation) because I read some good reviews about them and because I can trade units instead of lots (my account won’t be huge to begin). Do you think it’s a good place to begin?

Congrats on opening your live account! Oanda sounds good and a lot of forex newbies also seem to prefer them as brokers.
