Hi everybody

The hardest part of introducing yourself is trying to figure out what matters.

I’m a fifty-something aspiring writer. So far in my working life I’ve tried almost anything that would generate some sort of income. Recently I realized that unless my retirement plans include purchasing a winning lottery ticket, I need a source of income that isn’t tied to any particular location or infrastructure. Hopefully I can learn enough here to win more than I lose.

Lottery; A special tax levied on those who are really poor at math.

Greetings JoeKahno and welcome to the BabyPips.com community! Lottery tickets are definitely a low probability trade, so I think you’re on the right track by focusing on a skill like forex trading. But like any other skill, like writing, it takes time to develop consistent sucess. Fifty-something isn’t too late to get started, and don’t be in a rush either because it’s all about surving while you practice and develop your trading methods. Good luck!
