this is very tough issue to learn knowledge from knowledgeable people , because the professional trader never express views with no high level payment.

Understand that you will have losing trades, as does every trader on the planet.
Therefore focus on your strategy and follow the same process day in and day out.
For newbies, trade the daily charts using the 4hr and 1 hr as confirmation that your trade has a good probability of being successful.
If it seems boring that is great as you won’t become emotionally involved in second guessing what the market is doing.
So being excited is the wrong mindset. Understand there is no short cut to experience and eventual success.

Sadly many take the same route into forex thinking they can instantly treat the markets like a personal ATM and quickly find out that it’s an ATM that swallows your money! Focus on learning and practice. There are absolutely no shortcuts in trading. You have to pay your dues, and just maybe you’ll get somewhere.
