Hi , Dylan here, just starting my trading journey. Looking for as much guidance as possible.
Im starting a team. We already have a system and are willing to train you for free since we are in our early stages. I need 6 people, only 2 are fully trained so far
what kind of team are you starting?
For a total of 6, I need 4 more traders to cover the entire day. Training is 3 to 6 months to boost your conviction and belief in the system. One 2 to 5 hour meeting on the weekend and 3hour shifts on weekdays for a total of 17 to 20 hour weeks. If you can make this time you will succeed on our team, if you cannot invest this time you will be cut.
